Hands down the best chicken I've had a hibachi restaurant, 5 stars
I have been a sanno fan for about 20 years!! I started eating here when it was the smaller place in goose creek. They have my favorite lumpia & hibachi!! I’m sad I live so far away but anytime I’m in Summerville or goose creek I stop in.
The presentation and flavor of the sushi was phenomenal. The sushi chef really knows what he's doing. Make sure to bring cash to tip that talented man! Only mention that because we forgot... like idiots. The seating is comfortable with a few cushioned booths and several tables with chairs. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive which made for a marvelous experience. The pick up area was pretty hoppin with people grabbing their orders. We've ordered to go in the past and it's always been a pleasant and quick experience. We will continue to recommend this place to friends, family, and tourists who are looking for a quality sushi and hibachi spot.
The food is very delicious, especially the carrots. The waiters are nice and quick, they take your order almost immediately. Tables are kept clean and they have comfortable booths. The food arrives fast at your table (if you order from the quick meal section). The location is a bit difficult to see from the road, but it's totally worth using Google Maps for.
Really love the deep fried California roll II so delicious. We also really enjoyed the hibachi chicken and steak and hibachi scallops and steak. Absolutely perfect!!
I love going here for sushi and quick hibachi without all the waiting of the larger places. They make a roll called the super Charleston roll. It is my absolute favorite and that one roll is a while meal. Usually fast and friendly service. Only down side is this location is not open on Mondays. I have shown up a few times wanting some sushi and forgot they were closed .
Discovered this nice little family restaurant today. Daughter got 3 rolls of sushi, I got the teriyaki beef, and we shared spring rolls. Everything tasted amazing. We also had great service, you get treated like you are old friends. We will definitely be coming here again with the entire family. I highly recommend this place.
Amazing food and great, helpful professional staff. It has a great vibe and atmosphere. I love the Teryaki Steak, Chicken and sushi, I usually get the TNT roll. The kids enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken. I make it a thing to come down from Columbia atleast 3 times a month to get Sanno's.
